With a combined background in floristry & horticulture, it seems only right that our friendship began over a bunch of flowers!
Stemming from this friendship, & growing from our love of all things farm, flora & food… Forge Creek & Co was founded, bringing us together to share farming local & seasonal blooms with transparency & intention.
Our journey started on the farm in 2014, where our commitment to the improvement of our land introduced us to Trust for Nature, Greening Australia & our local Landcare group. We have since implemented a conservation covenant, where we continue to work toward regeneration, revegetation & protection of the Gippsland Plains Red Gums & native vegetation corridors, providing valuable habitat for flora & fauna.
Beginning with a small patch, our flower story began when Elle created a cut flower garden onsite, growing beautiful blooms to supply her floristry business Wren Botanical.
Using responsible & sustainable farming methods, we aim to provide our local community with the freshest cut blooms & produce.
We look forward to sharing our slow flower story, growing with purpose from the soil up, one seed at a time.
